By downloading, installing, or using Straza (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Straza is a multiplayer card game provided by NeptoLab. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
An anonymous account is automatically created when you first use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
The App offers optional in-app purchases including virtual currency (coins, jewels) and items. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Virtual currency and items purchased or earned within the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at any time.

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by NeptoLab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeptoLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
